This event is free (other than beach day use fees). Please note that day use fees are cash only.

You’ve been running at full speed for a long time. This is the weekend you actually stop.
Overview:
This is a weekend for people who move fast, carry a lot, and rarely pause.
Set along the Maine coast, the Coastal Reset is a fully designed four-day experience that brings together intelligent movement, guided emotional release, and quietly exceptional hospitality. Every element is considered — from the cadence of the days to the tone of the evenings. Nothing is accidental.
This is not a traditional retreat. There are no packed schedules or surface-level wellness rituals. This is a designed experience that meets you where you are and shifts you forward.
September there is something special — the summer crowds are gone, the light turns golden, the air has finally cooled. The coast is yours.
This edition is a collaboration between Sojourn & Soirée and Re-Tx Yourself. Two hosts. One house. Ten spots.
NOTE: This is different than our other retreats. There will be less structure and more down time to just relax and enjoy the costal views.
